Players log in (or use a shareable club link) to see their outstanding payments and pay instantly online. Admins can also mark a payment as paid manually, for example if it was settled in cash.
Yes — admins can add payments individually or bulk-import from a spreadsheet during setup. Get in touch if you need a hand migrating from an existing sheet.
Yes. PayUp is built on Google Firebase with role-based access control and encrypted connections (SSL/TLS). Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card details.
Yes — clubs can have multiple admins and super admins, each able to manage players and payments.
Yes — add as many teams as you like (1st team, reserves, youth sides, mixed squads, and so on). Players can belong to more than one team, membership fees stay separate from club fines, and admins get a live balance breakdown per team on the dashboard.
Admins can edit or void any payment, and players can raise a dispute directly with the club using the contact details on file.

Yes — Klarna is available alongside card payments through Stripe Checkout, so players can spread the cost if needed.
